Type T Vent Valves
Pressure-Vacuum Relief Vent Valve. OCECO type “T” vent valves are designed to relieve both positive and negative pressures which occur during daily tank operation. As with all other OCECO breather vents, the OCECO “T” vent permits only the breathing volume required to maintain safe working pressures.

These valves have been used in severe service applications, in a wide range of temperatures and climatic conditions, for over thirty-five years.
The standard OCECO type “T” vent consists of a cast iron body, covers and yokes with either aluminum or stainless steel trim. The covers are arched for additional strength and centrally supported by the cast yokes. Both valve pallets are stem guided and may be set to relieve as high as one P.S.I.
Special materials are available for highly corrosive applications on request.
